Beam is really excited to announce our partnership with PrismHR, a leader provider of software and services for the Professional Service Organization (PEO) industry. For the first time, Beam Dental is exposing its highly differentiated dental insurance policies to the PEO market, in an effort to help a fast growing sector continue to innovate on behalf of small businesses that they support.
As part of PrismHR’s new Insurance Alliance, Beam will be the exclusive partner for dental and vision insurance, available for any PrismHR client. Beam is particularly excited about Prism’s leadership in the PEO market, as they have scale, serving about half of all PEO employees in the country. Prism also has a track record of introducing new and unique features and products to their customers, so Beam is looking forward to continuing this legacy as Prism introduces benefits and insurance products for the first time on their platform.
The Insurance Alliance is Prism’s first ever insurance or employee benefits product line, and they plan to provide a robust offering that will:
- Offer a suite of competitively priced products to their clients that includes voluntary life insurance, group accident insurance, dental, vision and more.
- Increase employee participation via Bentec enrollment services, featuring a dedicated call center and streamlined enrollment through PrismHR software.
- Save time in benefit administration: easy inclusion of Alliance plans inside of PrismHR products; automatic data transports or enrollment data to and from the carrier; simplified benefit reconciliation.
